Linda Irene Parsons is a senior partner practising corporate and commercial law with Davis LLP in Vancouver. Her practice focuses on health law, public-private partnerships, banking and finance. She advised the B.C. government on changes to the Business Corporations Act that came into force in 2004.

Martha M. Devlin of Vancouver is the associate chief federal prosecutor and general counsel for the Public Prosecution Service of Canada. She has worked exclusively in criminal litigation, specializing in drug and money laundering and proceeds of crime prosecutions. She received the Canadian heads of prosecution award for courage and perseverance in 2008.
